Mr. Davis currently serves as the Senior Fellow for the Center for Research and Emergent Manufacturing (CREM) at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) He directly oversees several programs in support of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), including the Project Spectrum cybersecurity outreach initiative and AI and Cyber Governance programs. Mr. Davis provides strategic leadership for all Cyber Policy and program-support professionals. He utilizes his extensive experience with Cyber Security policy and strategy to direct cybersecurity compliance, supply chain analysis, technology development and integration, and program support.
Prior to becoming a federal civilian, Mr. Davis worked as a technology strategist in the private sector where he held key leadership positions. Mr. Davis attended Oklahoma State University where he did his doctoral research in Cyber Security Governance. Also, Mr. Davis attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County where he earned his Master of Science in Information Systems.

Mr. Kalka is the Director for the DoD Cyber Crime Center (DC3)/DoD-Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Collaborative Information Sharing Environment (DCISE). In this role, he is responsible for cybersecurity threat information sharing, DIB engagement activities, and cybersecurity capabilities with track record of success spanning more than 17 years and over 1,300 defense contractors. He has driven improvements and innovations resulting in increased collaboration, insight and action for both the DIB and the DoD, and stronger defense of DoD data residing in DIB networks.
Before joining DC3, Mr. Kalka held a variety of IT/Cyber roles in the US Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM), culminating in an assignment as the Senior Cyber Professional Advisor to the Commanding General. He holds a Master of Science degree in Government Information Leadership from National Defense University, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Mr. Kalka lives in Maryland with one great wife, two great kids, and spends his limited spare time as an unprofessional musician.

Dr. Streilein supports efforts focusing on concept, strategy, and program development in bioengineering, bioinformatics, and biodefense. He leverages his technical and leadership experience to emphasize the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to solve national biosecurity, health, and human performance challenges.
Prior to his current position, Dr. Streilein led the Cyber Analytics and Decision Systems Group, where his work focused on the application of AI and machine learning to problems in cybersecurity, including threat detection and characterization. Other work in the group included the development of quantitative cybersecurity measurement and modeling capabilities, cyber moving target techniques, and technologies to enhance system resiliency.
Dr. Streilein holds a BA degree in mathematics from Austin College, an MM degree in electronic and computer music from the University of Miami, and a PhD degree in cognitive and neural systems from Boston University.

Salim Ruffin has been with Veeam for 14 years and currently leads the Federal Veeam Engineering team. Throughout his tenure, he has become a trusted subject-matter expert in Veeam data protection, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, and cloud data management solutions. Salim brings over 30 years of hands-on experience as an engineer and system administrator, supporting virtual, physical, and cloud environments, with deep expertise in designing, deploying, and securing enterprise- and government-grade data protection architectures.
Outside of work, Salim and his wife are proud parents of four sons and are actively involved in their community, dedicating significant time to service and youth sports.

In this role, she focused on providing solutions for protecting data using world class encryption and key management for data at rest in data centers and cloud infrastructures.
