Haegley serves as the senior Department of the Air Force expert and Director of Control Systems, Cybersecurity, and Cyber Resilience. Responsibilities include providing technical oversight for world-wide operations of Air and Space Force objectives in cybersecurity, defense, and resiliency for infrastructure and control systems. In addition, he provides direction and recommended action to the Deputy Chief of Staff of Logistics, Engineering, & Force Protection on matters pertaining to formulation, review, and execution of plans, policies, and programs related to all Control Systems activities in the DAF.

Haegley’s distinguished career includes more than 30 years of military, federal, civilian, and commercial consulting experience. For over a decade, Mr. Haegley has become easily recognized as the leading champion in bringing awareness to the ever-increasing cyber threat to control systems and his unprecedented leadership resulted in measurable changes in government and industry.

He has four certifications, three masters degrees, two children, and one patent.

Rahul Mittal is currently the Cybersecurity Advisor for Washington D.C in Region 3 with DHS CISA and is responsible for proactively engaging with members in private and public sector to increase the nation’s critical infrastructure resiliency and further protect it from cyber-attack. Previously, Mr. Mittal has worked at the National Institute of Standards in Technology (NIST), Health and Human Service (HHS), and the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) for the House of Representatives. In his career, he has served as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity topics related to risk management, incident response, cybersecurity analysis, and cyber policy. At HHS, he was the Branch Chief for the Office of the Secretary (OS) Cybersecurity Customer Engagement and Compliance Support and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the Assistant Secretary of Preparedness and Response (ASPR). Mr. Mittal currently holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication and a Master of Business Administration and possesses the following professional industry certifications: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and the Certified Network Defense Architect (CNDA).

Dr. Streilein supports efforts focusing on concept, strategy, and program development in bioengineering, bioinformatics, and biodefense. He leverages his technical and leadership experience to emphasize the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to solve national biosecurity, health, and human performance challenges.

Prior to his current position, Dr. Streilein led the Cyber Analytics and Decision Systems Group, where his work focused on the application of AI and machine learning to problems in cybersecurity, including threat detection and characterization. Other work in the group included the development of quantitative cybersecurity measurement and modeling capabilities, cyber moving target techniques, and technologies to enhance system resiliency.

Dr. Streilein holds a BA degree in mathematics from Austin College, an MM degree in electronic and computer music from the University of Miami, and a PhD degree in cognitive and neural systems from Boston University.
